Session Details

Starting at 1.5 hour session per includes:

  • Meditation

  • Learn innovative art techniques

  • Focused meditative and mindful art creation

  • Discuss the process

CAM sessions include:

Nature's Serenity- Paint scenes from nature, like landscapes, sunsets, or forests. Focus on the soothing aspects, like flowing rivers or blooming flowers.

Abstract Emotions- Use colors and shapes to represent different emotions. Let your feelings guide the brush, creating abstract art that expresses your inner world.


Gratitude Journals- Each session, paint something you feel grateful for. It could be a person, an experience, or even a small joy like a cup of coffee.

Mindful Mandalas- Create mandalas, which are intricate, circular designs. The repetitive patterns can be very meditative, helping to center your thoughts.

Personal Growth- Paint symbols or scenes that represent your personal growth and journey. This could be a metaphorical representation, like a tree growing stronger over time.

 

The key is to let go of any pressure to create a “perfect” painting. Embrace the process and let your intuition guide you.
